Vendor Information

Craft Vendors

Vending fee: $300(plus tax/fees)

Includes: 

  • 2 adult weekend tickets

  • Free admission for minor vendor children under 16

  • 10’ wide x 20’ deep vending space & tent or small towable camping behind booth

Please Note:

  • Vendors must receive an approval letter in order to be confirmed

  • Vendors provide their own easy-up style, straight legged tent from which to sell

  • Booth fee for accepted vendors due by June 1 

  • Vendor RVs require an RV pass purchased additionally. Large RVs/buses will need to camp in general RV camping 

  • Power and Wifi are not provided

  • Solar or small, quiet inverter generators are allowed between noon and midnight for lights and charging purposes. 

  • Vendors must arrive Thursday, August 6th, between 5-7pm. Vendors may not arrive Friday morning as no vehicles are permitted to drive into the venue once gates have opened to the public. 

  • Vendor children may not wander the grounds alone without a parent or guardian.

  • Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals on festival grounds. Only legitimate service dogs that assist with medical tasks are permitted.



Food Vendors

Vending fee Base Price: $500 (plus tax/fees) for a 10’x10’ set up and 2 staff tickets.

Booth fee will be scaled based on size, offerings and number of staff passes required. 

Includes:

  • Free admission for minor vendor children under 16

  • Water (vendors provide their own food grade water line)
